Add Holidoodle to Ghost

Paste one line once. From then on your Ghost site greets each visitor on their own country's holidays, in their language, with your logo.

1. Copy your line

Sign in to your Holidoodle dashboard to get your key, or use the line below and replace YOUR_KEY.

2. Paste it in Ghost

1. In Ghost Admin click the Settings (gear) icon.
2. Under Advanced find Code injection and click Open.
3. Paste the script tag into Site footer (or Site header).
4. Click Save.

Where the code goes: Settings → Code injection → Site footer (before </body>).

Good to know

• Site-wide injection only works if your theme outputs {{ghost_head}} and {{ghost_foot}}. All official themes do.
• Older Ghost versions show it as Settings → Code injection directly. The label differs by version but the Site header and Site footer fields are the same.

3. Check it works

Open the public site in incognito, view the source and search for 'embed.js' near the end of the page.

To see a holiday right now, open your site with ?hd_country=TR&hd_date=2026-10-29 at the end of the address. Any country and date work.
